Stories don’t need to be cinema size to be magical..

You can be create an out-of-the box email experience just by pressing send.

Locked up during you know what, I was determined to create the simplest, smallest way to tell big, imaginative stories.

By collaborating with photographers and artists, I wove visual tales that landed right into inboxes.

It’s called Tale Mail.

Tale Mail is a seductive slow dripped visual story that lands email inboxes.

It can be a standalone.

Or it can be a way of getting your people to be left wanting more.

Like a movie trailer but a magazine spread come to life. The teaser before a Netflix show. A microdose.

It’s a suspenseful runway to bait for that big juicy thing you’ll be launching at the end.

A novel, film, project, program, proof of concept, sizzle reel or look-book.

Offbeat, mysterious and binge-able, it leaves your people on edge, waiting to open their next email.

It started with my own madcap Gertie’s Gotta Go.

And then I was commissioned. I’m So Special.

"I’m So Special” was sent to subscribers over 5 days as a visual email series that engaged readers to follow Amy Walsh's fictional and absurd sequence of events. As an expert and leader in branding for small businesses, the tale was outlandish and delved into the nature of the online small business world, where personal divulgence has come to equate self-branding and psychological jargon is abound.
